From 2005 Barlinek Group is listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange. Barlinek Group contains 15 companies located around the Europe. The main shareholder of Barlinek Group is Michal Solowow, who has more than 70% shares in the company. Michal Solowow is one of the richest person in Poland. He owns several biggest Polish companies, includingSynthos(chemical products), Cersanit (sanitary ware), Echo Investment (real estate) and of course Barlinek. In personal life he is one of the best professional rally driver in Europe. He was second in European Championship in 2008, 2009, and 2012.

Many prestigious awards have confirmed the quality and durability of Barlinek flooring. In 2014, 2015, 2016 Barlinek won, among others in the independent test of the quality of wooden floors carried out by the Swedish Technical Institute. Barlinek boards proved to be more resistant to abrasion and stains than the flooring of European manufacturers. On the other hand Barlinek Collection "Tastes of Life" received the award of architects “Good Design” 2016.

Barlinek brand was honoured with the titles: “Best Construction Brand” and “Super brand” 2012 and 2014. "Forbes" confirmed the company's membership to the highest standards of responsible business, awarding it with the “Forbes CSR Awards”. Since 2012 Barlinek has changed completely its marketing strategy. It carries out regular marketing activities promoting new collections; they have also been changing the image of the brand itself. The main goal of the brand Barlinek is "Natural" campaign, which has started from 2012. Campaign highlighted the aesthetic and functional strengths of real wood floors offered by Barlinek.

 History 发展历史


The wood industry had developed in Barlinek already in the 19th century. Its tradition goes back to the 1897, where there were several sawmills in Barlinek, and one of them also included a furniture factory and a carpenter's shop. From that time, Barlinek factory is placed at the same place as the orignal plant.By the end of the World War II a sawmill operated in the town, connected with a carpentry shop and furniture production establishment. Apart from this several other sawmills were in operation. After the war they were combined in one enterprise - Wood Establishments of the State Forests in Barlinek. In the initial stage of production, sawmills processed coniferous and deciduous timber. The daily saw volume was around 100 m3. At that time, the carpentry shop was producing furniture for institutions and schools, snow fences and compasses for measuring land.

From 1947 production was increased and expanded to include chairs, window joinery and assorted wooden items.Until 1950 the entire production was allocated to the requirements of the construction industry, then later plain wood chairs, upholstered, soft padded, children's, folding and deck chairs were produced.From 1 January 1959, the company took on the name of Barlineckie Zakłady Przemysłu Drzewnego in Barlinek (Barlinek Wood Industry Plant), subordinated to the then Association of Sawmilling and Wood Products in Warsaw, later the Regional Wood Industry Company in Szczecin.

In 1975 the plant was transformed into the Barlineckie Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Drzewnego (Barlinek Wood Industry Company).On 1 June 1999, the Provincial Governor of Western Pomerania took the decision to directly privatise the Barlinek Wood Industry Company using the company as a contribution towards increasing the share capital of the joint-stock company Barlinek S.A.


1975年,公司更名为Barlineckie Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Drzewnego(宝林纳木业公司)。1999年6月1日,西波美尼亚省长决定直接将宝林纳木业公司私有化,以此为契机增加宝林纳股份有限公司的股份资本。



At that time Mr. Solowow took over the company. From that time company started to develop in extremely quick pace. Major recapitalisation of the company and consistent implementation of the expansion and modernisation policy led to a significant increase in production and value of sales by several hundred precent.


1999年,索罗先生开始接手宝林纳木业公司。由此,公司发展速度稳步上升。公司主要资本额的调整,持续的扩展和多种现代化政策的实施,都使公司产品的种类和销售价值实现了量的增长和质的飞跃。

Barlinek has also initiated many programmes concerning environmental protection and ecological education.For many years now the company has been conducting its “1 for 1” programme, whereby the planting of one tree is co-financed for each purchased pack of Barlinek floorboards marked with a logo of this pro-ecological initiative. Barlinek's Customers Forest now numbers almost 13000000 trees!


同时,宝林纳也开展了很多关于环境保护和生态教育的项目活动。一直以来,公司依然坚持一对一项目活动。即,宝林纳每卖出一包带有亲生态标志的地板产品时,就会为顾客在消费森林里种植一棵树苗。到目前为止,已经有一千三百万棵树在宝林纳的消费森林里安家落户、茁壮成长。



All the Barlinek products are marked with “Real Wood” logo, which is prove of highest quality of the product.
